Problem with Report Viewing vice Printing

I have some code that reads...

If bPrint
Call SalReportPrint ( hWndForm, sQRPName, '','', nCopies, RPT_PrintAll, 0,
0, nErr )
Else
Call SalReportView( hWndForm, hWndNULL,sQRPName, '','', nErr )

The form has in which this logic resides has...
On SAM_ReportNotify
On SAM_ReportFetchInit
On SAM_ReportFetchNext

The Report prints correctly when calling SalReportPrint. I can apply
breakpoints in the SAM_Report area and see all the messages are getting
passed correctly. The SAM_ReportNotify has all the logic for sending a
bunch of data to Input Variables.

The Viewing via SalReportView has a problem. With the same breakpoints
applied, NONE of the messages appear to be getting sent. I get a window
that opens up with the .qrp loaded but no data is present.

What am I missing?

Thanks,
Dave

A little more...

When SalReportView is called, nErr is returning a 1 which is
'RPT_ErrLoadDLL' which means that 'a report function was unable to load the
required DLLs.'

Huh?

Thanks,
Dave
