I don't see the AssemblyInfo.cs file in your project. It should contain
this line:

[assembly: ComVisible(true)]

Also in the project properties, on the Build tab, make sure Register for COM
interop is checked.

thanks for the answer :)
The assemblyinfo.cs file exist and the COM Interop is also checked in the
build tab of the project properties.
i don't see the mistake.

Maybe it's C# Express contraint. You can download/install a 90 evaluation
of Visual Studio - maybe it will work with that.

Didn't I ask that about 4 posts ago? Yes, it needs to be registered on each
client.
