some client with the same upgrade and IE 6 or 7 return this error

http://000.000.000.000 is an invalid ip address... There should be a valid ip address in there.

In my case it was the dll name the one that was incorrect.

Andrea:

Try to replace your URL cwisapi.dll for cwisapi42.dll like:

http://000.000.000.000/scripts/cwisapi42.dll?Service=APPLICATION&Form=frmHom

Perhaps that help.
