SQLBASE 6 Password Issue

Customer just bought new server under emergency conditions - old server died - we managed to get the databases offSetup new serverbrought in databasesconnected to our mfg database without issue

NONE of our payroll databases connect they install without issuethen you type connect dbname sysadm/password;get invalid password error - we are 100% what the password was it has NEVER changed.  

WHAT can I do we are DOWN.PLEASE help.Is there a backdoor account on a sqlbase database I can access somehow to fix their problem.

I guess this is no longer an issue -
but FYI, if SYSADM password has NEVER been changed, it defaults to SYSADM anyway.  i.e.  Connect db SYSADM/SYSADM
