Why does OT make such a fuss with "oneoff"?

Post by Acclaro » 23 Mar 2022, 13:19

As a registered, paying user, why do I have to submit an application, listing reasons in order to receive a relatively timely correction in the development environment and not wait until the next release in about X months.
I do not understand. The "oneoffs" given as "at your own risk" in the protected OT user area would make a lot of things easier and give me the feeling that the tool I want to use to earn my money is also being actively worked on.

I hope the text creates synapses.
until then - I'm off
