I just moved SQLBase 12.0.2 from Win 10 to Server 2012 R2 and now performance is terrible.
Any suggestions?

Re: Server 2012 and SqlBase 12
Possibly stating the obvious here, but :
Network traffic / bandwidth ? recent Unload/Reload ? Isolation Level ? Antivirus ? Update statistics ?
We currently run a 30Gb SQLBase 12.1.1 on Server 2012 R2, with 150 active users, on RC3 isolation, and its performance is great when the Network bandwidth is not hogged by other processes , but it is a big SSD server.
One improvement often overlooked is 'sortcache' on the server sql.ini . Get it down to 1000 or max 2000. as even 1000 allocates 1Mb for every single 'Order By' performed, so anything higher could be a bottleneck.
Generally when performance is a problem after moving to another machine - the issue is network related in my experience.
