DB err when ran SQLWin2000 appln in debug under Citrix env

Not able to run my application(APP file) in debug mode under Citrix environment. SqlConnect function fails when it tries to connect to Oracle 9i database. And, the error code I am getting is : 23106

PFA the attached image file for error screen shot. Please help to fix the error.

There is network connectivity issue between the Citrix server and Oracle 9i database server...as I am able to connect to the database server from Citrix's TOAD.

Environment:
-----------------
1. Application source code resides in my desktop PC.
2. SQLWindows 2000 is loaded on the Citrix server(remote machine).
3. Citrix server is loaded with Oracle 9i client as well.

Under these circumstances, which one of the following sql.ini file will be used by SQLWindows 2000?

a) under Centura folder of Citrix?
b)under one of the sql.ini found the Citrix server's PATH environment variable?
c)under the current working directory of my desktop(where I store the *.app files)?

Well, Gayal, I'm just looking at the TD compatibility chart:

and see that CTD 2000 (CTD v2.0) wasn't certified for Oracle v9 client, only 7 & 8. Also, Citrix -- and there have been other msgs. about this -- was not certified to run that version of CTD. It is not certified with latest TD either.

I am afraid I cannot provide you any help. It sounds like the SqlRouter for oracle that shipped with CTD v2.0 just isn't able to handle Oracle v9 and/or Citrix.

ANY OTHER USERS HERE... using Citrix and can perhaps help??

As to your question:

Under these circumstances, which one of the following sql.ini file will be used by SQLWindows 2000?

CTD/TD will use the SQL.INI file that is located it its install folder. (I guess the answer among those in your list is probably #2, if by "SQLWindows 2000 is loaded" you mean the install folder for CTD 2000.)
