When we install SB 8.5 on a Windows 10 machine, the service does not start.
Would appreciate any advice on how to get it going.

SB 8.5 is a really old version, I don't even remember if it had an option in a setup to install it as a service?
One thing I do remember is that if there is an error in the sql.ini the service wouldn't start, so I never run it right away.
First I would run the dbntserver.exe to check if I've had any errors and only then would start it as a service.
