ORACLE 600 error

Hello,
I get an error accessing the team object manager, see screenshot.

enviroment:
TD 5.1 SP2
Oracle Database 10g Enterprise Edition Release 10.1.0.2.0 - Production
With the Partitioning, OLAP and Data Mining options
nls_language string AMERICAN
nls_length_semantics string BYTE
nls_nchar_conv_excp string FALSE
nls_territory string AMERICA

Do you need more information? Can you reproduce the problem?
