TD 5.1SP2 and MS SqlServer with unicode

Please give us an documetation about your test enviroment.
Which MS Sqlserver version is used?
What char data types are used? varchar? nvarchar? text or ntext. What type is used for char columns 255..2000?
As I understand in the Unicode Webinar, all types are supported. But this is not the question. I would like to know more about the real tested configuration.
