TD52sp1 odd results Oracle nvl/decode plus ORA-03106

Hi,

Select results nvl vs. decode are odd and different (oracle).
Open and run attachment TD52sp1_oracle_nvl_decode_result_test.apt.
Did not myselft get ORA-error from Ora 9.x but certainly with Ora 10gr2.

Maybe partly joined with
"9497-ORA error 104 due to "Alter Session set NLS_NUMERIC_CHARACTERS = '.,'" not functional in 5.2 SP1 RC build"

TD 5.2sp1 Build 16227.
