SQLConnect (Windows7) to ORACLE 10g DB

Hello,

i tried to connect with our application to Oracle 10g database.
I use TD 5.2 SP1 EMP5265 / OS Windows7 prof.

The connect with SQL-Talk and SQL Plus works fine. But when I try to connect with the application (SQLConnect)

SqlExtractArgs returns the error 9293.

The same configuration and application under XP works fine.

Any ideas?
