Saving date/time field and Picker in Informix DB

We are using Informix 11.50 DB with lv_lv.1257 locale. It is not possible to replace directly Date/time field with DateTime Picker (additional programming is neccessary.

If Informix DB field is with type year to fraction(5) then:

1. Date/time field can be saved in DB, DateTime Picker - cannot. It can be saved only with additional formatting as text.
2. Data from database where field is in where condiotion can be read, but with Picker cann't .

If Informix DB field is with type year to second then:

3. Date/time field and DataTime Picker cann't be saved in DB. Only can save as text

Thanks for the testcase.
I could reproduce the issue without the use of lv_lv.1257 using en_US.CP1252 this is fortunate cause the developer version from IBM does not include this locale.
