SQL Server AS (Alias) problem if alias not only in ASCII

SQL Talk TD > 6.X

select latitude as 'Längengrad' from customer where....

failure with expression :"Error: 10446 SQL UBC Unicode conversion failed."

select latitude as 'Laengengrad' from customer where.... is working in TD > 6

with SQL Talk from TD 1.51 no failure
