Fetching Long String hangs (Oracle)

Hi there

TD hangs if you try to fetch a long string from Oracle database with a length of (exactly) 65458 bytes.
65457 bytes and below works fine.
65459 bytes and more gives error 'Input message buffer set too small'.
If the length increases beyond some value (i did not test when) it will work fine.
