Move Team Object Manager to Oracle 12c problems

Hello,

We recently moved an existing TOM repository from Oracle 10g on Windows to Oracle 11c on Linux. We also moved to a different domain which means a different Project Storage Directory. We didn't think there was anything wrong with the move until we attempted to check in files that were checked out in the new environment. The check in process goes through the motions, but never actually marks the file as checked in or changes the file to read-only. We have the project set to store files in the repository. Does anyone have a suggestion as to why a restore of the existing repository will not accept a check in?
