Binding number data variable to a column

Hello,

I'm working with TD 5.1 SP6 and a MySQL database (through ODBC).
When we try to bind a datafield or a variable with the data type "Number" into a SELECT clause to fill a column in a table (also with the data type "Number"), we have this error :
"SQL Error 104 : Attempt to fetch non-numeric data into numeric column"

e.g. of SQL query : "SELECT :frmTest.dfNum FROM SYSTABLES INTO :tbl1.colNum"

It works with TD 5.1 SP6 and a SQLBase database.

I have tested your sample application but I haven't been able to reproduce what you describe. Can you please provide the Build number you are using?

Hi,

The build of TD 5.1 SP6 that I use is 8873.
And I have try with TD 5.2 and there is no error anymore BUT when I click on TEST, the column of the table is empty...
So, it is also a problem with TD 5.2 ...

Can you please take a look at it a confirm if this is the same output you are getting. If not, do you believe --by judging from this screenshot-- that what you reported has been already solved?
