Hello, I have this problem of connectivity with TD 5.1 and Oracle, I have changed the SQL.INI and it connect but later show an error when I do a consultation, even when I change the parameters of the buffer in the SQLTalk, it continuous. :cry: And in the administrator of connections, the options for Oracle be disable.

What do you have set for the inmessage buffer in the sql.ini file? Do you have a setting for this? I believe you can set a value up to 600,000.

In the [win32client] section, add a line:

inmessage=102400

and see if that helps. Please let us know.

Hi,

The message buffer should be normally adjusted automatically and as far as I know setting it would not help, like to know if it did. We had a bug that was fixed in TD 5.1SP1 you should see it fixed in that release.
