Sqlexe error code 21461

I am doing an sqlexe against an 11g Oracle database which returns the error code 21461. This value is not in errsql.h. Does anyone know what it means? The insertion includes CLOB data and may have something to do with either the length of the sql statement on the size of the CLOB field?
