Team Developer project Migration from Sybase to Sql Server

Has anyone done project migration on team developer from sybase to Sql server if yes, can you please share some link or pointers.

I am trying to migrate from sybase to sql manage instance on azure. has anyone been able to convert over using odbsal32.apl instead of sybsal32.apl, and use OdrPrepareProc, OdrExecuteProc, OdrPrepareNextResults, OdrGetNextResults and OdrGetReturnStatus. If yes any insight on how to use new Odr function. I was able to connect but when I call OdrExecuteProc on simple store procedure with no parameters but with on return row is returns failure.

Sql Server instance on azure works fine with OLEdB ( make sure its MSOLEDBSQL not SQLOLEDB ) .
Its being treat with a higher priority by MS now over ODBC and is faster.
