This was very interesting but when I try to run the app SQLite3_CountriesFlags_Sample.apt in TD version 6.2 I get this error in the function SQLite_LibVersion (see attached file)!
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

Strange. It runs here with TD 6.2.
Which SP are you using?
(I'm running TD 6.2 SP5)

Very nice Article Dave and as usual, there is good amount of work you put in to show this one as well. This is definitely going to be 2019 bonus for forum visitors 
I think year 2019 is going to be good year for all open source databases including SQLLite.
