Solved TD-23272: [TD63] Oracle BLOB/LongRaw truncated with 2 bytes

Issue encountered on TD 6.3 SP2 UPD1
(no issue on SP2)

Data is truncated with 2 bytes when selected from Oracle BLOB and LONGRAW columns.

Defect is acknowledged by OpenText and escalated.

Fixed with 6.3 Service Pack 2 Update 2.
