SQLConnect ODBC SQLSERVER very slow 6.3.9

Hi,

in TD 63.9 SqlConnect function with ODBC SQLSERVER database is very slow (20 seconds...!!!).
In TD 61, TD63.sp1 works.
I have tried to substitute TD63.9 SQLODB32.dll with TD63.sp1 SQLODB32.dll, but it does not work!!!

Any idea/workaround?

I attach a simple program.

thank you, but I am in TD63.9.

Now I have tried to substitute TD63.9 SQLODB32.dll with TD63.sp1 SQLODB32.dll and TD63.9 ODBSAL3232.dll with TD63.sp1 ODBSAL3232.dll , but it does not work!!!
