TD-18706: Problem with Tree control

if a tree control has a border, scrolling of the tree content shows
horizontal lines

with SalInvalidateWindow or with a click in a datafield (SetFocus) the lines disappear.

so i think the build in refresh in case of scrolling is wrong.

I can reproduce this and have created defect TD-18706 for this issue.
