TD-20518: VTM_MenuSelect Problem

Hallo,

we got a problem after update from TD 3.1 to 6.2 with the Message "On VTM_MenuSelect".
We created a Menu entry with the VisMenu Functions in the System Windows Menu of a MDI Window.
It works only until we open a Form Window. After this the message VTM_MenuSelect were never send again to the MDI Window!

In the example you can test it. After starting the Menuitem of the System Menu it works correctly. After starting the Form Window it won't.

System menu, VTM_MenuSelect received as long as no new windows are created in the MDI

This is a regression because this is working fine with 6.1 RTM
The problem shows with 6.1 SP1 and all other version.

Repro
-execute attached 6.1 RTM
-go in system menu an click menu1
=>message triggered fine
-click FormWindow button in toolbar
=>new child window created
-go in system menu an click menu1
=>message triggered as expected.
-Do the same on 6.2 SP1 or any version > 6.1 RTM
=>no message received
