Hi Gupta Team,
Namedtoolbar is invisible from the TD WPF application if I undock the namedtoolbar from the MDI window. It appears in the desktop.
This is tested in windows 2012, windows 7 and windows 8 with Team Developer 6.2 SP1.
One more thing,
There is no issues in win32 system but the issue is only in the WPF.
Please correct me if i am wrong here.
Thanks!
Siva

Re: TD-20820: Namedtoolbar disappears if undocked from MDI
Hi Siva:
Just to let you know that I've logged a defect TD-20820 in order to resolve the issue that the named tool bar cannot be shown again once you hide it in .NET WPF.
BTW, I have also reported that the only way to hide it in .NET WPF is by undocking it.
We will keep you informed on any updates.
Thanks
Victor Espinal

Re: TD-20820: Namedtoolbar disappears if undocked from MDI
Hi Victor,
Thanks for your response. you can please add the below test case if required as it seems it does not capture this scenario in the raised Bug nr.
1. Undock the named toolbar and drag it into any of the real estate inside the MDI screen.
2. Click the mouse in any place inside the MDI window.
3. Named toobar disappears and sends outside of the MDI application.
4. Move or minimize the MDI application to see the hidden named toolbar.
5. Pull the namedtoolbar back to MDI window and dock it to go as usual.
Here, the namedtoolbar is not closed or destroyed as it is hidden from outside of MDI application.
Please ignore this thread if the above issue is already covered in the existing bug number.
Thanks!
Siva
