TD-22020: Flickering when using qcktab

Hi All,

we are now using Gupta TeamDeveloper 6.2 SP3R on a Windows7 system in our company.

At using qcktab in a form window the background text and the frames of the form window are flickering.
This behavior occurs when the tabs often changed.

In TeamDeveloper 6.1 SP1 everything is ok and there is no flickering.

A testcase is attached.
