TD-22525: Mix of Form, Dialog, TabBar, Grid, Button crashes

Hey folks,

I found a bug where the app crashes and kills TD with it. It's in the same area of td-22339, but I'm sure it's different. Please look into this.

Use the reprocase to see for yourself:

Start the app. Click in the Data field. Push the button.

Key Setting for this reprocase is Accessories Enabled = Yes in the Form Window (frm1). Set it to no and all is fine.

Tested with
Version 6.3 Update 2 Build 45680
Version 6.2 SP4 Build 45407

It crashes on TD6.3 SP1 also.

I can reproduce this with TD6.3 SP1 as well and have logged defect TD-22525 for this issue.

This can no longer be reproduced with the TD7.0 code.
