TD-22565: .NET Problem with datafields and format invisible

If you have a datafield in a form window or in a dialog box with a format invisible and a background color f.e White
(the datafield itself has the attribute visible only the format attribute of the datafield is set to invisible)

then the parent window of the datafield (form window or the dialog box) is not visible after SalCreateWindow or SalModalDialog

effect only in TD .Net ; tested only in TD 6.3 SP1 Build 46580

If you set the format attribute of the datafield to unformatted or if you set the background color to Default then the parent window is visible after creation.
