Hi,
if a FormWindow is a child of a TabBar, SAM_Validate is no longer fired.
See attached sample.

You are right, SAM_Activate isn't fired.
But, if you look in the help file, it clearly says that SAM_Activate is sent to top-level and MDI windows, and with the form window being a child of the TabBar...

in TD 6.1 SAM_Activate is fired on child windows in tabs. So we used this feature in 25 FormWindows of our application.
Now we need a lot of work to re-arrange it.
