I got an email from Ms. Piech, just one sentence, no more info:
The problem is solved and you should now be able to open support tickets.
Indeed I am now able to open technical cases.

Unbelievable!!!
We spent 1 manday! spread over 2 month to successfully use the new OT support portal :-(

It seems the option to respond to a knowledgebase article is not available anymore.
Previously we could add extra info or explain more in detail.

Or this option is buried deep in the GUI.
