TD-4049: VisTblSetRowColor with VisTblSetCellColor

Hello,

VisTblSetRowColor with red on the first line then VisTblSetCellColor on the second one : the color of the first line returns to the default one.

No problem with VisTblSetRowColorEx.

Thanks for the testcase. I could see that you use TD 4.1. This is a problem with TD 4.2 and also TD 5.1 I will provide you the bug number
