TD-21984: SqlFetchNext crash fetching binary data

Hi,

I reported this issue already in TD 6.2.

Please run my sample. On TD6.2 it could not confirmed but on TD6.3 the issue seems permanent.

Tested on Win7 Pro 64Bit and Win8.1 Pro 64 Bit and SQLBase 11.6

As I've informed you before, I was not able to reproduce it on TD 6.2 SP3 but it crashes on TD 6.3

For completeness, this defect was fixed with the TD6.3 Update 2 release.
