Error while start printing: invalid print command

Hi,
with my app I have a problem on one installation: if user starts printing this error occurs:
"Invalid print command: c:\app\demo.exe
DB=island/sysadm/sysadm/
...."
Any ideas? If user/pw is really invalid, why does the app will work? It's the same user and it works on other installations
