Question to OT:
Please extend the function "SalRibbonAddItem" so that for the image handle any handle of an already loaded image (SalPicLoad can be specified and not just an image from the static "Global Declarations: Resources".) Comboboxes can not be used with user images Menu items can not be customized to the customer's CI without creating a new compilation.

I have created Feature Request TD-24481 for this. I will let you know when it have been assigned a fix version.
