TD-24522 VisWinGetText doesn't support Date Picker and Date Time Picker

I made the sample to show that there are up to now some types not supported by VisWinGetText() for example datePicker.
I create the controls dynamically. Therefore I tried to get the user input with VisWinGetText() which doesn't support the "new" controls.
The function is easier to use because no length is nessesary like SalGetWindowText( ) does.

Window text is the title of a form window, dialog box, table window, radio button, check box, background text or push button. For a data field,
multi-line text field or table window column,

-> (missing DatePicker, DateTimePicker, ...)

window text is the current contents.
