TD-24066: Trap "Background Thread" running on Dialog when the user of the application close the Dialog

Summary
In Gupta Team Developer (TD), request to be able to trap "Background Thread" running on a Dialog when the user of the application closes the Dialog. Currently, it is not possible to trap "Background Thread" running on a TD Dialog so to change the message displayed to the user or simply disable it when a user closes a Dialog.

Resolution
This issue is resolved in Gupta Team Developer (TD) 7.2

Additional Information
TD 7.2 allows now SAL program to handle background thread running in the SAM_Close message.
