TD-24806 - Request to add function SalStrHash

The new functions SalStrEcnrypt/SalStrDecrypt are nice. What we are still are missing in this context is a hash function for one way encryption. I have opened an enhancement request for this.

I would support this request. But in the meantime, there is a Hash-Function in the SalExtension.apl: SalStrCreateHash(). We're using this an it works fine.
