TD-17011: Full path in recent files tooltip

Please enhance the tooltip showing when hovering above the files in the recent files list (in File menu), so as to be able to show the full path.

Currently, the recent files list contracts the path to "..." in order to be able to fit the file name in the reserved display area. In my workplace, we use a lot of branches of our developed software which means a lot of different folders for files with the same name. This in turn means that all the time in the recent files list there are contracted paths. Because of this, I'm unable to use the recent files list, as I don't know in what path (= branch) the file resides and I might choose the wrong branch. This situation would be solved if when hovering, the tooltip would show the full path. Currently, if I'm hovering above the recent file "C:\source\versions\...\SomeName.app", the retarded tooltip will show the exact same string "C:\source\versions\...\SomeName.app" -- not very helpful now is it.
