Sorry, but to clarify what you want: Instead of having to supply the icons with the application, you want to have them included in the EXE file that is distributed. Is that correct?
I don't think this is currently possible. It would be a nice entry in the Enhancements section, though.

yes, that´s what I´d like to have. Since I use a ribbonbar instead of a toolbar in my new apps. So I need to deploy tons of bmp files.
