TD-17719: How to enable the grouping area within a grid control?

i want a gridcontrol to have the grouping area visible right at the beginning (SAM_Create or SAM_CreateComplete).
How can i achieve this?

Another question:
How can i insert co0lumns in the grouping area via sal or with or whatever...

I believe the current answer is that the r-click Grid popup menu options (Sort, Group By, etc.) are designed for the user/UI interface running your program, and not a programmatic/SAL interface available to the coder.

But, I am asking the TD dev. team internally about your questions.

Update: I have added enhancement request TD-17719 for your new GRID SAL functions. Here are your 2 requests that I added to the request description:
