TD-15543: ReportBuilder Conditional Display of...

Hi,
in some case i need to switch on/off lines on the "page footer" section of an report. For this i use the Conditional Display of a line.
When the message RPT_BeforePageFooter is send i decide to show/hide lines with use of SalReportSetNumberVar().
It seems that it dosen't work for the First and Last Page of the report. For TD4x it works.

-> see the testcase -> start printing with the button -> on each Page Footer is a sum of the listed Data -> on first page the lines should be shown -> on last page the lines should be hidden.

Tested with TD 6.x SPx
