TD-14983: RB 60 SP1: Totals with Pre-process empty

The behavior of pre-processed totals is different from older versions (tested on 3.1 and 5.2).

See Yr300014: There is an invoice report from our application, the totals (to count items) are printed in yellow background. See Yr300014_31.pdf and Yr300014_52.pdf, there you can see, that the total without pre-process is counted from 0 to 1 and the pre-processed total is always 1 because of the pre-process. The line containing the text "Nettobetrag" etc. is supressed if the counters are not equal to be sure, that this line is only printed at the end of the report.
Yr300014_31.pdf is printed by RB 3.1, Yr300014_52.pdf is printed by RB 5.2 (SP2)
See Yr300014_60.pdf, printed with RB 6.0 SP1, here you can see, that the preprocessed total is always empty (not 0, really empty!), so the line that should be supressed until end of data is printed at the top of the report.

We used a PDF printer driver (not the PDF output of RB 6.0) to print these examples, so it is the same on printing or at preview.

Run the applications under 3.1 and 6.0 SP1 ans press "VIEW" and you can see the difference.
Totals with preprocess are empty with 6.0
