TD-22215: QckReport: GetDefaultPrinter fails

QckReport function CPRINTERS_GetDefaultPrinter fails on TD 6.3.

The function returns FALSE and does not give back the default printer info (device, driver & port).

See testcase (saved in TD 6.2 text format) which works fine in TD 62.

Tested in TD 6.3 SP1. Issue is fixed.
