Has anyone had success in using a spell checker on an .app? If so, how was
it done and what would be the steps in implementing it

Thanks,

IR

IR:

I just did a Google search for spell checker dll:
http://www.google.com/search?sourceid=navclient&ie=UTF-8&rls=GGLD,GGLD:2005-10,GGLD:en&q=spell+checker+dll

returned a number of links I might suggest you try. I can't vouch for any of them,
but it's a place to start.

We use an activeX control in all our apps WSPELL.OCX which uses its own
dictionaries and is fully maintainable etc but we have also recently used a
VB control (our own) to use the Microsoft Office Spellchecker ie the one
that pops up for word...if you want some examples just hola!
