Desktop resolution

Actually, when I write applications for customers, I need to choose a
desktop resolution and then I need to force identical resolution on customer
pc. If the customer pc have a different resolution, my application show
forms with a bad layout.

Is it possible to configure applications to work at different resolutions
with better layout?

Yes, there are possibilities.
p.e. looking for resize.zip, screen resolution...
