We installed the SQLBase 11.02 at our customer with nearly 50 users.
We used the isolation level RC. The result was, that if more then 20 or 30
users are working
with the database, the SQLBase server shut down with writing fail.sql (error
703 and 803).
We are absolutely sure: no memory problems, no harddisk problem. The old
SQLBase version
8.5 PTF3 works fine for many years (we changed the hardware server)
After one day of working and many times of restarting the SQLBase server,
the database crashed totally.
The commands INSTALL DATABASE.. or CONNECT.. causes a shutdown of the
SQLBase server.
So we decided to change to the old isolation level RL. The result was, that
the ammount of locks was 5 to 10 times
higher than in the SQLBase version 8.5.
It is impossible for our cutomers to use the new version SQLBase 11.0.2
