Problem installing TD 5.1

While attempting to install TD 5.1 on a Win XP Pro machine, I see an
InstallShield box with a message, "Extracting: Team Developer 5.1.msi",
shortly followed by another InstallShield box with "Extracting:
ISSetup.dll".

Finally, an InstallShield message box appears, containing, "1629: Invalid
command line." InstallShield shuts down after that.
