Visual Toolchest menu functions are all not implemented and not working.
This a major break with existing applications. All Windows SDK menus also
don't work anymore with TD menus.

Hi,

you are right, Visual Toolchest menu functions are not working.
Trying Windows SDK, but the menu items are always disabled!

But must work !!!
