Problem with IDE: Pressing Ins key in a function, you lands in another function

Hi,

I have to add some more code to a function. However, whenever I try to add a
new line by pressing Ins key or clicking the command Insert Line in Edit
menu, the cursor immediately leaves this function and jumps to the function
beneath it. The function concerned here is rather complex and large. I made
the screen shots before and after the Ins key was pressed. How can I work
around this problem? I have tried both with TD3.0 and TD2005.1.

regards

Dan
